Telephone Support Direct access to dedicated Microsoft MCP and MCSA qualified Support Technicians who can assist you with technical difficulties in all areas of your system. Stone Group can offer asistance on a wide range of hardware and software backed up by direct access to technical support from all major hardware and software manafacturers.

Remote Support Our powerful remote support solution gives our Microsoft MCSA and MCSE qualified Senior Support Technicians the ability to take control of your systems and carry out analysis and diagnosis of faults. We can also make the required changes with your approval to restore your system to a working state. Remote access requests are initiated by the customer so you control who can access your system. Remote support services are offered on a twelve month contract.

Scheduled Remote preventative Maintinence If you take advantage of our remote support service you will also benefit from regular pro-active monitoring of your server(s) to ensure your system continues to run smoothly. You will be notified by our Microsoft qualified Senior Support Technicians of any issues detected that may require attention and if you wish we can investigate further. Once a solution has been found we can make the necessary changes, remotely in most cases.

On Site Emergency Support Our Microsoft qualified Senior Network Engineers can be with you quickly to diagnose problems and restore your system to full working order as smoothly as possible. In the event of a system failure you will receive a rapid response on-site to ensure services are restored with the minimum disruption allowing you to concentrate on the more important task of teaching and learning.
